Your new role
- Drive vehicles to customers.
- Use GPS apps to plan the best route.
- Be up to date on traffic conditions.
- Collect vehicles from customers.
- Clean vehicles inside and out within specified timeframes
- Complete all iPad customer forms.
- Customer service car handover
- Providing a customer with a clean car is a key part of our service promise, and so is getting the car to them on time
What you'll need to succeed
- Current Driver's License
- Passion and pride in delivering excellent customer service.
- Professional and well-presented
- Clear communicator with good organizational skills
- Works collaboratively as part of a team
- Required level of physical fitness to drive and wash cars.
- While experience with cars is not essential, bringing a high level of customer service to the role
