Who are we looking for?

We are looking for warm and friendly volunteers that enjoy assisting in an office environment to support the functions of services to customers, with an availability of a minimum of 2 hours on any weekday Monday to Thursday.Β 

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying and organising documents.
  • Making calls to customers to gain valuable feedback on their services or for a friendly chat.
  • Provide researching or data collection to enhance current projects (when available).
  • Provide general support to staff with routine office functions.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of our Community Aged Care programs.

What do you need to bring?

  • Ability to work effectively within an officed based team environment, in accordance with AnglicareSA’s values
  • Empathy, compassion and in a non-judgemental and respectful manner
  • Basic computer literacy and skills
  • Relate well with people from a variety of different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
  • The ability to report to line manager any areas of concern regarding the customers you are working with
