About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Commercial High Rise Plumber to join our Maintenance team. This permanent, full-time position will see you working across various high-rise site locations, performing essential plumbing maintenance and repairs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients' plumbing systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulations.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance plumbing tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, replacing or repairing components as necessary.
• Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Provide guidance and training to apprentices or less experienced plumbers.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, contractors, and maintenance staff.
• Participate in after-hours servicing and emergency call-outs.

About You

You are a proactive, problem-solving plumber with experience in commercial and high-rise environments. You take pride in your work and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to work effectively both independently and within a team. Your knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations is up-to-date, and you are always looking for ways to improve your skills and contribute to a positive work culture.
