Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Physiotherapist and Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of WA Health Group's Murdoch clinic. The successful candidate will provide clinical services, manage staff, ensure quality patient care across the allied health team, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment. The Clinic Manager will work closely with healthcare providers, the business support team, and patients to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Physiotherapy clinical services to the community of Murdoch and its surrounds
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve clinic operations
- Monitor and manage clinic budget and expenses
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure quality patient care
- Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities
- Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to promote the clinic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's and Masters degree in Physiotherapy and some relevant training in management and healthcare administration
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare management or administration
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Cliniko, Google WorkSpace, HubSpot and Employment Hero
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
