Cleaner/Janitor - Afternoon Shift

This position involves:

• General cleaning and waste disposal, throughout the plant including external cleaning
• Able to work autonomously
• Operating cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Maintain all facilities clean and well-organised
• Some heavy lifting may be required (up to 10kg)
• Occasional Outdoor cleaning
• Primarily indoor cleaning 
• Following safe work instructions
• Adhering to Workplace Health & Safety at all times
• High level of attention to detail required for office cleaning.

Ideally, preferred candidates will demonstrate: 

• Reliability as a dependable team member
• Previous experience working in food manufacturing
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks 
• Ability to effectively communicate (including interpreting English written and verbal) 
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures
• Time management skill
• Ability to safely undertake physical requirements of the role 
• Manual Driver License (Preferable but not necessarily)

Training in industrial/factory cleaning and chemical handling will be provided to the right candidate.
