We are looking for cleaners to join our team at URBNSURF for our morning, afternoon to evening shifts one Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

• Have a strong sense of personal accountability for results.
• The ability to develop positive and constructive relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, industry partners and consultants.
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently with little to no supervision.
Accountabilities:
• Conduct daily inspections of the facility.
• Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc...)
• Regularly clean high-volume areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly clean waste from the front-of-house areas.
• Clean back-of-house areas.
• Deep clean wet areas, building facades, pathways and other external components.
• Inventory management of all cleaning chemicals and bathroom consumables.
• Follow all WHS and OHS guidelines to ensure personal safety, as well as the safety of our guests, staff, contractors.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Interacting with customers
The URBNSURF Cleaning team are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the front of house and back of house facilities. They will aid in the setting of overall culture by ensuring a consistent and exemplary customer experience within URBNSURF Melbourne. Cleaners are responsible for ensuring the facility is well maintained and covers all OHS and WHS requirements.
