Teachers at Ballarat Grammar School are responsible for empowering students with:

Skills And Experiences
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
- Ability to demonstrate and authentically promote Ballarat Grammar’s values.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in teaching Mandarin Chinese Language.
- An excellent understanding of Chinese culture.
- Be fluent in Mandarin Chinese / Chinese.
- Be familiar with pinyin and be able to read and write simplified characters.
- Effective strategies to gather, analyse and act on student data to improve learning outcomes for each student.
- Knowledge of differentiation, feedback and assessment strategies which enhance learning.
- Be committed to the exploration of critical thinking and inquiry through the pursuit of excellence and understanding.
