About the role
We are looking for a Change Analyst to join the supportive team on a full-time, 12 month fixed-term basis.
At Elders, our change analyst will join early into the project and genuinely partner with the business to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of project outcomes. You will not only be following best practice change methodology but immersing yourself within our business to ensure recommendations are appropriate for our business and culture.
Responsibilities
Manage the change process, minimising the individual impact yet delivering meaningful and effective change for the organisation.
Support the change team to manage and coordinate all elements of the project requirements
Provide specialised advice and engage using change management methodologies appropriate for our business
Collaborate with the business to analyse As-Is vs To-Be processes and prepare change impact assessment
Plan activities, identify gaps, risks, and issues, and ensure goals are achieved
Facilitate in-person and Teams workshops and training sessions for various audiences
Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to stakeholders engagement and proactive issue resolution
Plan and coordinate communication and training needs throughout project delivery
About you
Prior experience as a Change Analyst in a project delivery environment
Recognise and value the stakeholder partnerships in the change process
Understanding and practical delivery of change methodology
Ability to distil ambiguous data into clear processes
Ability to articulate messages to a variety of audiences and all organisational levels
Team player that will proactively partner with key stakeholders
Prosci certification or similar would be highly regarded
