About the role
Due to the existing opportunities in the Ipswich property market, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Elders Real Estate team on a full-time, permanent basis. We are seeking people who are self-motivated, have a willingness to learn and those who are genuinely seeking to build a career.
This role is fast-paced and involves working alongside our Branch Manager. Our team members bring strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high-quality customer service, and a track record of success.
Training and development will be provided with focus on your growth and proficiency as a high performing agent in the local area. The successful candidate will be joining a team who pride themselves on providing outstanding customer service and teamwork.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Prospecting for new business and database management
Liaise with landlords and tenants
Conduct open homes
Application processing
Participate in weekly training and mentoring
About you
To succeed at Elders, you:
Have Industry experience within the local area of Ipswich
Possess an understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
Hold a current driver’s licence and a Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate
Have excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
Have a keen eye for detail
Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
Are smart, resourceful, forward thinking and embrace technology
