#ThinkingPeople: We're on the lookout for an Associate | Mechanical Team Lead to join our Brisbane office who not only has the expertise and passion for the field but also embodies a problem-solving mindset. Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and have at least 8 years of professional experience within Australia. Your skill set should include a solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles, proficiency with design software, and exceptional analytical abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as our projects often require collaborative efforts across various departments.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 8+ years of Australian experience in mechanical engineering
• Proficient in electrical engineering principles and design software
• Strong experience leading a large team of talented Mechanical Engineers
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities
