THE OPPORTUNITY
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with our Store Manager and back of house team to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic retail stores.
YOUR DAY-DAY
Working closely with the Area Manager and Store Support team, you will play a pivotal role in:
- Driving commercial success of your store.
- Uplifting and maintaining store standards and compliance.
- Recruiting and developing a team of exceptional individuals, offering growth opportunities, training, and performance feedback.
- Practice a safety-first culture for both staff and customers, ensuring all OH&S standards are met and exceeded.
ABOUT YOU
- Weβre seeking a retail professional who leads by example and is a passionate and dedicated self-starter.
- previous retail management experience (2-3 years) β preferably with a larger format retailer or a Store Manager from a smaller retail store.
- excellent communication skills with the ability to manage people with ease.
- the ability to guide customers through our range of products and brands.
- a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
