About the role
Seeking a change of pace? Trade city life for the fresh country air with Pace Farm. We're searching for a dynamic individual to join us as our Assistant Farm Manager. Working closely with the Farm Manager, you'll oversee and mentor a dedicated team across various farm duties, ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and farming practices are maintained. You'll enjoy a 10-day fortnight schedule, providing a balanced work-life rhythm.
