Beep Beep, Toot Toot!
HammondCare Miranda is looking for a Tuesday afternoon Mini-bus Volunteer Driver for our aged care Residents to enjoy an outing in the local area. You will be accompanied by care staff who will look after the resident’s care needs.
You'll suit this role if you are comfortable to:
- Be a safe and confident driver to assist staff during bus outings
- Attend full/half day excursions
- Provide social support and interact during activities
- If you feel this is a good match for you, we'd like to hear from you
Your impact
Volunteering as a Minibus Volunteer can be a rewarding experience, both for the people you interact with as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.

Requirements
18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare plus NDIS Worker Screening Check • C Class drivers licence
Bus trips generally run for 1-2 hours between, we are seeking to fill a request for a Tuesday afternoon run 1-3pm.
