Greencross Vets Brookvale has been servicing the Northern Beaches community for over a decade, offering exceptional health care to our beautiful patients. Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for an experienced veterinarian, confident with surgical and medical procedures with at least 1 years post-graduation experience, who is comfortable consulting, diagnosing and treating companion animals with autonomy.

Our clinic is purpose designed and conveniently located inside a very popular Petbarn store, offering plenty of off-street parking, extensive bus network and lots of great lunch options nearby – yes, you will get lunch breaks!

Along with our friendly, experienced and long-standing team, we offer a fully equipped clinic with digital x-ray, IM3 dental suite including dental x-rays, RxWorks, in house lab equipment, blood pressure monitoring, multiparameter monitor with ECG and end tidal carbon dioxide, 2 spacious consult rooms, dedicated sterile theatre, preparation area with 2 tables (1 wet table), separate imaging room, and dog and cat wards.

NO AFTER HOURS or SUNDAYS! We are supported by two fantastic emergency and after-hours hospitals, ARH Baulkham Hills and ARH Homebush, both within 45mins of our clinic and equipped with ambulances, which means that we are able to offer overnight care to our patients and easy patient referrals, to avoid placing additional stress on our team and to ensure that a healthy work-life balance is maintained.

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. A minimum of 1 years’ experience in small animal veterinary care is preferred.
