A full time or part time associate role has become available at Greencross Vets Biggera Waters.
Biggera Waters is a busy clinic with a large and loyal established client base. Our clients trust the team, always following their advice to ensure the best outcome is achieved for their pet.
Our newly renovated, purpose-built clinic is equipped with two state-of-the-art surgical theatres, plus 5 treatment tables all with GA set ups, cardiac ultrasound, digital radiography, six consultation rooms, in-house pathology and more - we really have most of the toys you could ask for. We also have a huge staff area with coffee machine, TV, couch and natural light.
We usually run with 4-5 Vets a day, which means you always have colleagues in the building to bounce ideas off of and no sole-charge is required. Our nurses are highly skilled and we have a high nurse to vet ratio so each vet has a dedicated nurse every shift.
Special interests are encouraged here. The Vet Director has membership in small animal surgery with a keen interest in orthopaedics. Other vets have interest ranging from sonography and imaging, to internal medicine. We have an interesting caseload, run lots of diagnostics and our vet enjoy have the opportunities to use and develop their advanced skills.
The clinic is in a great location only 5 minutes to the foreshore which is home to the renowned Charis seafoods, as well as 5 minutes to Harbourtown Outlet Shopping Centre.
Greencross Biggera Waters is dedicated to providing career development, support, flexible rostering and a great team culture. Our Vet Director is very proactive with Vet meetings and training sessions.
Our approach to patient care, along with the combined knowledge and experience of our team, gives our clients’ complete confidence in our ability to take the best care of their fur babies.
Greencross Biggera is an energetic community of pet-obsessed people just like you! We believe in reward and recognition at every step. When you join our family, you’ll enjoy:
