About You:
- BVSc or equivalent, with current registration to practice in Victoria
- At least 2 years of veterinary experience
- Passion for surgery and high standards of care
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Hardworking with a hands-on approach
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Your Day-to-Day:
- Flexible roster: 38 hours over 4 days (3x 10 hours, 1x 8 hours)
- Rotating schedule with 4/12 surgery shifts and 1:3 Saturdays (8-hour days)
- Clinic hours: 8-6 weekdays, 9-4 Saturdays
- We prioritize work-life balance with scheduled appointment times and biweekly team meetings
