The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person, right here in Erina.
When you volunteer with us, you'll be spending time with elderly residents from HammondCare Erina. This is an opportunity to provide create a café like environment, setting the cups and saucers, making coffee (using a pod machine) and serving some light refreshments.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the clients you are matched with.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare •
Tuesdays between 10am and 2pm, we would be happy to discuss your availability around this role.
