About CREST Education

CREST Education comprises of two independent, coeducational schools with over 2,200 students, an Equestrian Centre and an Environmental Reserve at Clyde North. Hillcrest Christian College, established in 1981, operates from Early Learning to VCE levels. Rivercrest Christian College is an authorised International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and Diploma Programme (DP) World School.

Rivercrest Christian College is in search of an accomplished and dedicated Teacher of Chinese to join our team in 2025.

The successful candidate will have;

  • desiring to teach in an environment where both Christian values and the development of the whole child are valued
  • preferably experienced in teaching the International Baccalaureate’s Middle Years Programme or be committed to a concept-driven, structured-inquiry approach to teaching
  • proficiency in Chinese language and current VIT registration
  • the ability to prepare for and conduct classes, inspiring and fostering a love and appreciation of learning in Chinese
  • demonstrate excellence and adopt a proactive, innovative approach to adapting instruction and lessons based on individual student needs
