We are looking for enthusiastic and caring individuals who can sit and have a chat, reminisce and talk about topics of interest with people in their own homes or over the telephone. You may want to spend some time in the garden, play cards, listen to music or do some arts and craft activities. Or perhaps go to a local coffee shop.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to Volunteer socially with our elderly client in Revesby, Our Client is Italian and would enjoy a friendly visitor to have a chat over a cuppa with who could speak in Italian or English.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated. Your visits will bring great joy to the client you are matched with.

Requirements
One hour each week for 6 months or longer. We would be happy to discuss a suitable time. This opportunity would suit someone available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.
18 years or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination will be required (Two (2) doses) •
