Senior Service Technician / Maintenance Person

• Permanent - Full time position – Crestmead, QLD
• $43.00 Per hour
• Monday to Friday with overtime available all paid at penalty rates
• Occasional travel and overnight stays away from home
• Company vehicle supplied
• MR licence required

Your new role:

• Responsible for providing high quality service undertaking in field repairs, fault finding and maintenance to our parts washers
• Responsible for preventative/corrective maintenance
• Overhaul parts machinery hubs, gear boxes, pumps
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Be open minded to learn new technical skills

Your responsibilities:

• Drive and operate Medium Rigid (MR) service collection trucks and equipment
• Providing loading and unloading of equipment
• Play a part in making a sustainable future possible
• Must be a team player
• Contribute to maintaining a respectful workplace

About You:

• Trade qualified desirable but not critical
• Restricted electrical licence (desirable)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Fault Finding Experience with hydraulic and electrical equipment
• MR licence required
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical failures and recommend solutions
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential as we can help you achieve this
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies and procedures
