With a team of over 230, we provide the most comprehensive allied health services in our sector with innovative rehabilitation centres across Melbourne, Geelong, Hobart and Albury along with an extensive home visit and community-based service.

Supervision & Support - NeuroRehab's Physiotherapy team have skilled senior clinicians, team leaders, a dedicated area manager & clinical manager whom are happy to support your growth and development. 

PD & Workshops - You'll receive a personal budget to use on courses of your choice and have the ability to attend the vast range of workshops we host at NeuroRehab! Check our Learn tab on our website for more information.

Team member package - A base salary of $85,000 - $95,000pa depending on experience PLUS a personal company car, fuel card to assist with the travels, a work laptop and phone to separate work and play, and an efficiency payment structure to reward your efforts. If you decide to opt out of the company car, you can use your own personal car and be provided a higher base salary and a travel reimbursement instead.

Description

Senior Physiotherapist role at NeuroRehab:

Are you a Physiotherapist who is passionate about working with adult clients to help them achieve and celebrate their goals? 

At NeuroRehab, we work with people with traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, MS, cerebral palsy, and a range of other neurological conditions. Our clients are predominately NDIS participants with some TAC and My Aged Care funded clients.

An exciting opportunity has opened up and we're looking for an experienced or Senior Physiotherapist to join our Werribee team on a full-time basis to provide Parental Leave cover for a total period of 6 months. If desired, some Geelong service can be provided in your caseload, however, it's not essential to the role. You will have the ability to negotiate your appointments with your clients, providing excellent flexibility and the ability to work from home when suitable for work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and implement tailored physiotherapy programs.
  • Manage day-to-day client caseload to support goals and outcomes with a person-centred approach, promoting inclusion and new possibilities.
  • Collaborate with a well-structured multidisciplinary team to provide holistic therapy.
  • Provide support and supervision to less experienced clinicians and AHA/students


Skills And Experiences

Requirements

  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
  • 3+ years of Physiotherapy experience ideal
  • Highly knowledgeable in a wide range of evidence-based physiotherapy
  • Driver's license
  • Internet access (for times you decide to work from home)
  • Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Check, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen Check. 
  • Full COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) and Influenza vaccination

Desirable

  • Experience working within an NDIS framework.
