We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to take on a Senior role at our customer call center in Melbourne. As part of a small team, you will be the first point of contact for Western Australian customers who phone or email with queries. Your main responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service is provided by coaching and supporting your colleagues.
