Senior Customer Service Representative

Location: Abbotsford, Yarra Falls

This is a hybrid position primarily based in Abbotsford. A role you will love

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to take on a Senior role at our customer call center in Melbourne. As part of a small team, you will be the first point of contact for Western Australian customers who phone or email with queries. Your main responsibility will be to ensure excellent customer service is provided by coaching and supporting your colleagues.

Some of your key responsibilities may include: 

• Responding to phone and email enquiries from customers
• Resolve queries in a timely manner (on time)
• Delivering feedback, on the floor coaching and refresher training
• Monitor team outputs, deadlines and SLA requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Confidence to deliver feedback to colleagues
• Well-developed time management and organizational skills
