Centrally located and close to multiple public transport routes. A great opportunity to increase your skills in a senior capacity. You will provide a high standard of clinical assessment and support to consumers of the St. Vincentβs Footbridge Community Care Unit.
You will join a medium dynamic community mental health team operating under a recovery-oriented model of care, utilizing the Strengths Model of Case Management.
Classifications for this position will range from Registered Psychiatric Nurse Grade 4 NP75 - NP77 ($112,465 - $121,113 per annum)

About Footbridge CCU
Footbridge CCU is a 20 bed community residential unit for adults with a mental illness and complex psychosocial needs. The unit is staffed 24 hours per day 365 per year. The team consists of nursing, a range of allied health professionals, including lived experience workers and medical staff.
The service operates under the principles of recovery orientated practice, utilizing the strengths model and AOD harm minimization.
The team is creative, imaginative and committed to supporting consumers to realize their recovery goals and move forward in their lives. The team is supportive, warm and friendly and we pride ourselves on this.
