Good Shepherd Lutheran College is a co-educational, non-government school for ELC to Year 12 students. It has three campuses across Darwin: Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer.   

Applications are sought from a suitably qualified and experienced Secondary Teachers to join the teaching team at the Howard Springs Middle/Senior campus (Years 6- 12) in 2025, in the following subject areas 

  • Year 6
  • English
  • Humanities
  • Mathematics
  • Science
  • Various electives

Secondary Teachers provide an atmosphere for students to fulfil their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth. They are responsible for organising and implementing an instructional program that will result in students achieving academic success in accordance with the policies and procedures at Good Shepherd Lutheran College.   

As a community, we inspire and equip students to flourish as compassionate, highly capable people who enrich the lives of others, guided by Christian values.  

The ideal candidate should have experience teaching Middle and Senior school and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, developing, establishing, implementing, and monitoring learning and curriculum.
