We have an incredible opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our close-knit Sales team in Mulgrave!

This is a casual position

Primary Responsibilities

1. Sales Assistance Responsibilities

  • a. Achieve the monthly/yearly tele-sales KPIs of assigned stores.
  • b. Carry out sell-in plan and place orders accordingly among assigned stores per set call cycle or tele-sales routine.
  • c. Report to respective State Sales Supervisor on closing stores/potentially closing stores/new store opening for tele-sales customers.
  • d. Visit tele-sales customers with HOS, Regional Sales Manager, State Sales Supervisor when necessary.
  • e. Maintain effective business relationship with personnel of assigned customers.
  • f. Follow and implement monthly promotional program for assigned customers.
  • g. Working with various teams (i.e. Sales Support Team, Operation Team, Finance Team) to coordinate all the sales operation with assigned stores if needed. (Include but not limited to Deliveries, Collection, Customer Enquiries/Complaints)
  • h. Consolidate feedback and reports to support HOS (Include but not limited to: sales reports, achievement reports, inventory reports, short code clearance reports, PIMI reports, Forecast reports, monthly special reports.)
  • i. Carry out all Sales Representative job responsibilities as relief/replacement staff when necessary.
  • 2. Other Duties

  • a. Support other sales and trade related duties upon request by management as and when necessary.
  • Key Requirements

    • Full Australian working rights
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skill in both Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English
    • Strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications and programs;
    • Attention to details
    • Ability to Multi-task and Ability to priorities
