Revive Retail Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as a Revive Retail Assistant in Kununurra, Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and customer service, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a casual role suitable for entry-level candidates looking to gain experience in the retail industry or those who have an interest in recycling or upcycling items.

About the Revive Store:

The Revive store was created in 2017 to provide a valued service to the community while creating meaningful employment opportunities. The store was the start of Job Pathways’s endeavour to increase accessibility to recycling opportunities across the East Kimberley and Halls Creek/Tjurabalan region.

There is a wide range of products that can be purchased at Revive, including custom made woodwork, upcycled gallery items, homewares, clothing, furniture, camping gear and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
• Assist with organising donations and inventory management
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Process customer transactions using the point of sale system

Preferred Experience:

• Previous retail experience and customer service experience is highly desired but not essential
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Other Requirements:

• National police check
