Resident Medical Officer

Resident Medical Officers to join our team at The Avenue Hospital, Windsor VIC!

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that quality, evidence-based and medical care is delivered within a safe team environment that is conducive to learning.

They will provide care to patients in the hospital under the guidance of the specialists. The roles available are Permanent part time, offering a minimum of 4 shifts per fortnight for the successful candidates:

• Friday / Saturday day shifts (32 hours per fortnight)
• Friday / Saturday & Sunday night shifts (48 hours per fortnight)

Your Skills and Experience

• General registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulations Agency (AHPRA) is essential
• A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience
• Competent in providing basic life support measures
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required

Desirable

• Experience in a tertiary teaching hospital

Requirements:
