Our organization is growing, and we are looking for a dynamic, driven Registered Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation to join our experienced team of rehabilitation consultants.

Job Description

This full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life. 

Day to day, you will undertake:

  • Workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, such as:
    • Initial Needs Assessments
    • Workplace Assessments
    • Advice concerning job modifications
    • Rehabilitation Counselling/Vocational Assessments
    • ADL assessments
  • Medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison and case management services
  • Support needs assessments

Qualifications

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers)
  • Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
