The Job

• Lead a team of fabulous care staff and use your exceptional clinical skills to deliver excellent, personalised care, and foster a fun, nurturing environment
• Contribute to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day
• Work closely with the Clinical Care Manager and Facility Manager to provide leadership to our nursing care team, and quality outcomes for our residents.

You bring:  experience in a similar role, great clinical skills, a genuine commitment to lead, coach and develop other care staff and a passion for making a difference.
