Registered Nurse - Regional Placements

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time 
Hours: 38-hour weeks, Two days off each week                                   

Location: Across Various Regional Aged Care Homes, Australia  

We are looking for a flexible Registered Nurse with 2-3 years of experience to join our team for regional placement. In this permanent role, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality aged care services across various regional locations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to take any available shifts, and open to shared accommodation arrangements with other nurses, depending on the location assigned. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide high-quality nursing care to aged care residents across multiple facilities. 
• Support participants with complex and/or challenging needs. 
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and maintain accurate patient records. 
• Provide direct nursing care to aged care residents, including medication administration, wound care, and assistance with activities of daily living. 
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. 
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and standards of practice. 
• Participate in staff meetings and attend training as required. 

Requirements 

• Current AHPRA Registration. 
• Current National Police Check. 
• Current Australian Driver’s License. 
• NDIS Clearance. 
• Current Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain) 
• Experience in aged care or a related field preferred. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Flexibility to travel to various regional locations.
