Our client seeks compassionate Registered Nurses (2 Part-Time Permanent, 2 Casual) to join their team at Port Macquarie aged care home.
In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our elderly residents with their daily needs, helping them live their best lives with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or concerns.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
What we're looking for:
- A current AHPRA registration with demonstrable experience working with the elderly or vulnerable individuals in a group home or community setting.
- A commitment to clinical excellence.
