Bayside is located in Mordialloc and offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care encouraging independence and lifestyle choices whilst also being recognised for its expertise in caring for people living with Dementia. We are conveniently located next to Mordialloc train station.


About the Opportunity


As a Registered Nurse, you'll be an advocate for our residents, using your passion for aged care to make a difference to their lives. As a leader, you'll empower your staff to do the same.


Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing high quality clinical care to our residents whilst working within and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Our residents deserve the very best nursing care, and our Nurses are an integral part of our care team. We have 2 perm shifts available per week and you will have the ability to pick up more casually.


Week 1- Mon, Tues, Sat & Sun 2200-0715


Week 2- Mon, Tues, Wed Thurs & Sun2200-0715


About You


To be successful, you'll need:



  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1) 

  • Previous Aged care experience- min 3 years 

  • Experience working as an After-hours supervisor is highly desirable

  • Availability and reliability to commit to permanent shifts

  • Ability to communicate and build rapport with residents, families and team members

Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check, provide proof of Flu & COVID-19 Vaccination and possibly complete an NDIS Worker Screen.
