About the Role:

The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to make a lasting impact to our patients in Geriatric Rehabilitation.

As a Registered Nurse in Geriatric Rehabilitation, you will play a pivotal role in helping our elderly patients regain their independence and confidence after illness or injury.

In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your expertise in geriatric rehabilitation nursing, coupled with your ability to provide compassionate and patient-centred care, will be instrumental in ensuring positive outcomes for our patients.

To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.

Our Local Health Network Sites and Services:

Lyell McEwin Hospital The major hospital in the north and north-east for emergency care, complex and multi-day surgery, medicine, obstetrics, paediatrics and outpatient services.

Modbury Hospital A general hospital with emergency care, elective surgery, medicine, outpatient and sub-acute services, rehabilitation, geriatric and palliative care.
