Located in the heart of the Hilton, Aegis Hilton Park caters for up to 136 residents and provides Low, High and Dementia specific care services. Within this 'ageing in place" Facility, our dedicated and friendly staff are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team.

About You

We are currently hiring experienced Registered Nurses for Aegis Hilton Park with permanent part time shifts to offer on a weekdays at this stage.

You should be an empathetic person who possesses the following qualities:

• A commitment and genuine passion for Aged Care.


• An ability to inspire trust and proactively lead, coach, develop and mentor both unregulated care workers, care, and lifestyle staff.

Within this role you will be a champion of high quality, safe and effective nursing that aligns with the resident preference and best practice by:

• Undertaking clinical, social and self-care assessments.


• Anticipate residents’ changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.


• Support residents and their families by addressing their queries, comments, suggestions, or concerns.

You will be responsible for compliance:

• Ensuring all care documentations are completed with the appropriate strategies implemented.


• Identifying and managing clinical risk in the aged care setting.

Your role within the team would involve:

• Supporting, coaching, monitoring, and mentoring the unregulated care workers.


• Providing support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and clinical expertise to the care team.

We need you to possess the following:

• A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.


• Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care.


• A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.


• Full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
