Registered Nurse

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents in aged care facilities. You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care, promoting resident independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for residents.
  
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in resident health to the healthcare team.
  
• Provide emotional and social support to residents and their families.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  
• Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety procedures.
  
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  

Requirements

• New Zealand, UK, Canada or Hong Kong Registered Nurses with active license from country of practice
  
• Registered Nurses who are NCLEX and OSCE passers
  
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience within the last 5 years, with a maximum gap of 6 months (aged care experience is a plus).
  
• IELTS certification (desirable but not mandatory).
  
• 27 to 40 years of age.
  
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
  
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
  
• Physically fit and able to perform the essential duties of the role.
  
• No outstanding disciplinary proceedings and no previous serious criminal convictions.
