About the role 

We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team. Here's your chance to be part of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary model, working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and peer support under one roof.

Responsibilities include

  • Engaging with clients providing personalised care and support.
  • Conducting intake assessments and developing tailored intervention plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Advocating for clients and coordinating with other clinicians and stakeholders to enhance interventions and well-being.
  • Monitoring and managing clients' mental health and well-being, collaborating with health professionals as needed.
  • Participating in clinical meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance your expertise.

About you

  • Registration with AHPRA in relevant discipline 
  • Demonstrated experience in comprehensive mental health assessments and evidence-based interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for making a difference and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to meet program delivery KPIs.
