Part Time Assistant Store Manager - Myer Bondi

We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to help drive the team based in our Marcs Bondi Myer Concession store, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs brand!

Whilst assisting the Store Manager in leading the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end store operations within the concession, customer service and loyalty sign ups, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, scheduling and reporting. 

As the Assistant Store Manager this position requires a highly skilled sales expert who can continue to generate success for our Bondi Myer cluster. Previous experience managing a large portfolio of businesses is highly advantageous for this role. We are constantly growing as a brand and are after someone to join us in that growth and develop their retail career. 

This is a Part-Time position and you will be required to work 29 hours per week; with rostered days being Sunday, Monday Tuesday and Thursday.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as in fashion retail;
• Management/Supervisor experience preferred but not mandatory;
• Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
• Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
• Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
• Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
• An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
• A huge passion for fashion; and
• Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
