About the Role

Ramsay Clinic Cremorne provides services for patients requiring treatment for Mental Health disorders including Mood and Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, Schizophrenia and Psychotic disorders. 

You will be supported and guided by our clinical management team and executive to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of Ramsay Clinic Cremorne and Ramsay Health Care.

About You

To succeed in this role you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting either as a Clinical/Nursing Manager in a similar department or as a senior nurse wanting to step into a management role.

You will also:

• You will have exceptional communication skills and have the ability to inspire, motivate and mentor your team.
• You will be a leader with a passion for seeing your team members succeed and grow while bringing a passion for a high level of client care and service.

Essential Requirements:

• Current RN Registration with Aphra
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a mental health setting.

Desirable:

• Post Graduate Mental Health Qualification
• Proven knowledge as a senior Nurse or Manager in a mental health setting
• Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management.

Remuneration: On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $64.56 - $69.45 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances
