In this role, you’ll:
- Work on a variety of equipment and plant systems, keeping things interesting every day.
- Support breakdowns and participate in shutdowns, with opportunities to step up into leadership roles.
- Perform high-quality maintenance and long-term repairs that align with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot faults and carry out diagnostic and maintenance work according to manufacturer instructions.
- Use engineering drawings and OEM manuals to guide your work.
- Manage contractor supervision and inductions during service visits.
- Leverage SAP systems to document and complete maintenance activities efficiently.
- Stay agile by working within our on-demand system, adjusting priorities as needed.
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A relevant Mechanical trade qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- A safety-first mindset and commitment to compliance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
- The ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
