HammondCare
HammondCare is an independent Christian charity and we're passionate about improving the quality of life for people in need. We have a wonderful group of volunteers that partner with us to enhance the lives of people cared for by HammondCare.
HammondCare is a provider of The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme funded by the Australian Government and is established to promote links between elderly people and volunteers in their local community.

Requirements
Be 18 years of age or older • National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare• NDIS screening
No skills necessary, we will provide all engagement resources and we ask that you attend weekly/fortnightly/monthly for 2 hours or so, Tuesdays between 10:30-11:30am.
