Located in Denham Court in Sydney’s Southwest, Willowdale is a newly built Residential Aged Care home which offers 136 bedrooms with a variety of accommodation options for residents. Built over 2 levels, this premium home will include resident communal spaces such as lounges and dining areas, cinema, gym, café, salon and function room.

We are seeking multiple experienced Hotel Services Assistant to work across Laundry and Cleaning in a permanent part time basis working Monday to Friday.

Reporting to our Housekeeping Team Leader, as the Hospitality Assistant – General Services, you will work in the Housekeeping department.  You will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient cleaning and laundry services to residents ensuring all relevant internal and external regulatory service standards both are met.

About the Opportunity

Working as part of our hospitality team, Cleaners are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our homes. 

About You 

  • Hospitality experience in housekeeping and laundry
  • Experience (preferably) in an Aged Care environment)
  • Highly organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
  • Highly motivated and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication style - able to communicate effectively with staff
  • Team player, ability to the extra mile
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times
  • Current COVID & Annual Flu Vaccination (Mandatory)
