We're seeking experienced Registered Nurses with a minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care and disability/community to join our dedicated team providing essential healthcare support to people with disabilities and aged care recipients within the Gold Coast and northern NSW communities.

As a Health Liaison Officer, you'll be the cornerstone of care, providing health assessments, developing care plans, and offering invaluable advice, education for clients and support workers, and liaison with external health providers. Your expertise will empower clients to live independently and with dignity.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA registration with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience.
  • A strong clinical background with experience in complex care planning, preferably in a community setting.
  • Proven experience in both disability and aged care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • A current driver's license.
  • NDIS clearance (prior to commencement).
  • Have a willingness to travel around your region as this role is not solely office based
  • Have experience providing group training sessions
