Temporary Full-time to 30 June 2025 - an ideal opportunity for aspiring Head Teachers to lead and inspire!

$147,208 package includes salary ($120,422 - $130,865), employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Building and Construction online students (TAFE Digital)! This role is ideal for aspiring Head Teachers looking to lead, inspire, and gain experience.

Share your skills and passion for your industry, build the skills, qualifications, and employability, and support the career goals of our students. 

About You

You enjoy working in a collaborative and innovative way. You will be required to use your strong interpersonal skills to lead a team and support online students and will utilise your sound negotiation skills when problem solving and meeting deadlines. 

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Hold a Certificate IV in Building and Construction OR Certificate IV in Residential Drafting or higher or equivalent.
  • Have at least five (5) years of post-qualification experience in Building and Construction and Building Design.
  • Meet the selection criteria in the position description.
  • Show evidence of successful completion of an approved program of teacher education, or evidence of successful completion of an acceptable teaching qualification. *

*(AQF) Level 5 or higher qualification in Vocational Education and Training (VET)/ Adult Education OR hold a TAE40116 or equivalent and commit to obtaining the AQF Level 5 or higher qualification within 18 months of employment. *
