The Department 

The Caulfield Community Health Service (CCHS) provides a range of clinical and health promotion services for people of all ages who live, work or study within the local community. These multi-disciplinary services are provided in the centre, community, home or via Telehealth. CCHS operates from the Caulfield Hospital site. 

The Role

The Physiotherapist position will sit within the Adult Health team and you will: 

  • Provide high quality short term physiotherapy services which could include individual and group sessions (i.e. hydrotherapy, GLAD)
  • Develop and implement person centred care plans 
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to client support 
  • Liaise with relevant agencies to coordinate, facilitate and communicate client treatment and outcomes
  • Be involved with physiotherapy student supervision

Qualifications and Experience Required 

  • Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia and adherence to continuing profressional development requirements 
  • At least three years of experience including demonstrated physiotherapy clinical experience relevant to the community health sector 
  • Current Victorian drivers licence
