Are you an experienced Field Service Technician with a passion for hydraulics? Bosch Rexroth is looking for a motivated and team-oriented individual to join our Mackay branch, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting industrial and mining customers across regional Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service & Maintenance: Analyze work orders, plan schedules, troubleshoot issues, and perform system tests to ensure optimal performance.
• Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships by addressing complaints, suggesting improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete service forms, reports, and logs accurately. Notify the Service Manager when jobs are ready for invoicing.
• Sales & Quotations: Explore sales opportunities, prepare service quotations, and follow up on them. Ensure accurate job openings in SAP upon receipt of Purchase Orders.
• Equipment Management: Oversee vehicle and equipment inventory, ensure all documentation is up to date, and manage equipment assessments and overhauls.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations while maintaining a professional appearance.

• Certified Hydraulic fitter trade or equivalent
• 5 years field service or hydraulic system experience is highly regarded
• Competent level of hydraulic knowledge
• High focus on Quality and attention to detail
• Dynamic performer and achiever
• Planning and organisational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Current and valid working visa, Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
