Field Service Technician | Yatala | $49 Perm + Penalties

🛠️ Opportunity: Mobile plant mechanic role based in Yatala with a hire company, covering central west areas. The work involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing rollers and compaction equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and electrics. Driving is required, so a Medium Rigid Truck license is necessary.

🎓 Experience: Strong diagnostic and repair skills, experience with general servicing and maintenance, and a Medium Rigid Truck licence are required for this role. 

💰 Benefits: Receive an RDO (2 hours accumulated per week), EBA rate system, yearly bonus (based on company performance), yearly rate increase (3% or CPI, whichever is higher). Accommodation is provided in motels for road trips, and the truck can be used for personal purposes. Rate + OT + Allowances + Truck + Mobile Phone + Fuel Card.

📜 Extra’s: Operating hours are from 6am to 6pm, with overtime available after 8 hours per day. Penalty rates apply for starting earlier than 6am or later than 6pm. There’s also an option for Saturday overtime, with a minimum of 4 hours paid even if only 1 hour is worked.
