Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

The EN Graduate Program offers: 

• A supported professional development program, specifically targeted at assisting graduates to transition to the workplace
• Dedicated unit-based Clinical Support Nurses
• 2 x 6 month acute and sub-acute rotations (Medical, Surgical, Residential Aged Care & Thomas Hogan Rehabilitation)
