Where you'll be working:
Level 4 is a 29 bed Acute Medical/Stroke unit with 14 cardiac monitor capable bed. Level 4 have strong core values of respect, openness, empowerment and collaboration.

About the role:
Successful applicants will be supported by the level 4 CNE as well as L4 senior staff and after hours CNEs. You will be supported in the delivery of optimal patient care including stroke care, cardiac monitoring and eating disorder training. As a new starter you will be allocated a mentor and be supported by the CNE, NUM and other staff on the unit. Yearly PDRS will allow you to discuss your work goals and assist management in understanding your development needs.

You will work a 7 day rotating roster that incorporates mornings, afternoons and night shifts.

About you:
Level 4 are seeking a kind, empathetic and focused individual who is keen to learn and develop their skills in stroke, cardiac and general medical care provision. The ability to work within a large multidisciplinary team and high-level communications skills is a must.

Requirements:
  • Enrolled Nurse (Medication Endorsed where applicable) with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
