Overview

From just starting out and/or becoming highly skilled, Enrolled Nurses support Registered Nurses and Midwives by providing high-quality care under their guidance. Despite supervision, Enrolled Nurses are always accountable for their own actions and the quality of care they deliver, making their role both vital and impactful.
About You
- Additional education/qualifications in area of practice
- Ability to use technology and computer skills
- Experience in assisting with quality improvement activities within a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing and health care issues
Essential Criteria
-
Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who
holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment, prioritise workload and provide person-centred care.

Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, industrial agreements, standards, codes, ethics
and competency standards.

Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate
standards of practice.
