The role:

As an Enhanced Maternal & Child Health Nurse, you will provide intensive, responsive, and home-based care to vulnerable families with children aged 0-36 months. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing Family Action Plans, and collaborating with various services to ensure the best possible outcomes for at-risk children and their families. You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of cases, often with complex needs, and will play a crucial role in supporting families through and back into the Universal Maternal and Child Health Service.

 
About you:

You are a registered nurse and registered midwife with postgraduate qualifications in Family and Child Health, possessing extensive experience as a Maternal and Child Nurse. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse families, combined with your strong organisational skills and commitment to family-centric, solution-focused practices, will ensure your success in this role. You are flexible, collaborative, able to manage multiple complex tasks, and have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable families.
